Depending on the lamp, we have lab tested them from 18 hours with our Mini lamp models all the way up to 32 hours on our larger battery pack models (those times are without dimming).
Some brighter bulb options we sell for our large lamps will naturally pull more from the battery pack, decreasing the performance or "ON" time. Please read through our Parts section for all the details on each bulb and how it relates to your lamp model.

All of our lamps use a 12 volt LED bulb, not your standard 120 volt bulbs you find at the hardware stores. PLEASE do not use our included 12 volt bulb in a standard socket. If you need a bulb replacement or are curious about options, please see our Parts page or contact us.

Our high-speed charger (included with every lamp) will have your battery ready to reuse in approx. 4 hours, 2 hours with our Mini battery.

The LED bulbs last 30,000 hours and the battery packs up to 750 charge cycles.

VERY simply click it out from underneath the lamp, place it on the charger, then once the charger indicates it is done, click it back under the lamp and it is ready to go. You can always purchase a back up battery pack from us for zero downtime. Also great for frequent power outages!

Our standard 5W, 12V LED bulb has a nice warm glow and has equivalent output to a traditional 45W light bulb.
Our metal MINI lamps have a warm 3W integrated LED for perfect ambient light.
We do also offer brighter LED bulbs for our larger lamp models. Read more on our Parts page

We offer replacement parts for all our lamps on our Parts Shop Page but visit this page to locate a recycling center for your old battery packs. Please do not throw them in the trash.

While we do not retrofit other lamps, we can offer custom glazes and shades on our Made in the USA models for opening orders of 20+ units, all the way to full custom for 100+ unit orders. We ship all lamps FedEx Ground/Home typically within a couple of days of your order for lamps that are In-Stock. Typical fee is a flat $15 per lamp inside the 48 states.

First please make sure you are ONLY using our bulb. The bulb is a special 12 volt LED and is not easy to find a replacement at your local hardware stores. Please see our PARTS page to make sure you are using the correct components.
Secondly, make sure you are using our wall charger, also has to be a 12V charger that fits your battery pack.
Finally, check to make sure the bulb and battery are securely seated in the socket and base or battery plug at the bottom of the lamp.
