Fun fact... At the end of the Middle Ages, lapis began to be exported to Europe where it was ground into powder and made into ultramarine, the finest and most expensive of all blue pigments. We found some ways to add this color into your home, and we think you will love lapis just as much as we do.
We loved this Before and After Reveal, showcased in the latest House Beautiful July/August issue. This master bathroom, renovated by Justina Blakeney, is beautifully done in the lapis color. The space has a Moroccan feel, and the hexagon tiles were a perfect choice. The large geometric pattern in the shower is stunning!
How cute is this little Moss Studio Block Ottoman from Candelabra? This furry ottoman would be a great way to add the color lapis into a space, and it adds some texture to the room too.
